Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. We will initiate refund in 7 working days once we receive product in original condition.

Custom Made & Resized Jewelry
Please note that custom-made Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, resized rings are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.
